On the mound, McAfee made the most of his one appearance, throwing six complete innings to finish the week with a 0.00 ERA and 1-0 record. Standing at 6-4, 210 pounds, the freshman righty from Seminole State, allowed just one hit, walked two and struck out seven. He also sported as an impressive 0.50 WHIP to go with a K/9 of 10.50, all while holding opposing batters to a lousy .053 average.
