HOLLY SPRINGS – The Coastal Plain League announced today that the High Point-Thomasville HiToms and Wilson Tobs will play exhibitions against the Chinese Taipei and Japan National Teams this season. The HiToms will host Chinese Taipei on June 28, while Japan will play in Wilson on July 5.

“Chinese Taipei and Japan playing games against Coastal Plain League teams is an extraordinary occasion that brings together different baseball cultures from across the globe,” said CPL Commissioner Chip Allen. “It showcases the universal love and appeal for the sport while fostering a remarkable exchange of sporting traditions. We look forward to witnessing the talent and sportsmanship on display as these teams come together on the field.”
