Reising, a redshirt freshman from Charleston Southern, finished the week with a .533 average, including being tied for the most hits on the week with eight. He also led the league with a .933 slugging percentage. Of his eight hits, three were doubles and another for a home run. Reising scored two runs, racked up 10 RBIs, walked once, was hit three times, and stole a bag. He also featured an on-base percentage of .632 and OPS of 1.565 on the week.

On the bump, Thompson made four appearances out of the bullpen for 4 1/3 innings of work. In that time, he gave up just one hit, walked two, and struck out 10 to earn a pair of saves. The redshirt senior from UNC Greensboro also kept opposing batters to a .077 average against him, while sporting a WHIP of 0.69 and a K/9 of 20.769 on the week.
